Delivery & Returns

Of course! We're more than happy to include personalised messages in all of our hampers. To add a message, tick the box that says "Is this a gift?" in the checkout. Once this has been selected, you'll be able to submit a message to us. A member of the Wriggle team will then handwrite your beautiful message and pack it with the rest of your order.

We currently only deliver to addresses in the UK.

Since the majority of our orders are gifts that are sent direct to the recipient, we refrain from including any receipts or pricing in any orders. Instead, we will email a confirmation to you (the person ordering it) to keep as reference.

We dispatch products ordered by 10am on the same day, with a tracked next day courier.

Where you have requested delivery on a specific date, we will use all reasonable efforts to arrange for delivery on or before that date. However, as Wriggle relies on the services of third party delivery providers, during busy periods lead times may increase.

Yes – the entirety of our gift boxes, including the sleeve and any personal notes are made from 100% recyclable material.

Corporate Gifting

We strive to fulfil all orders, however some of our more complex or bespoke options do require a minimum order quantity. Please get in touch and we'll talk you through the best options available.

Of course! We can add gift cards or notes to your order with a message of your choice. If you'd like to add brand inserts to your order, this is also possible so long as printed materials are provided ahead of our delivery schedule. Our team will be more than happy to talk you through what we require to add personalised messages and branded materials.

Yes, we do have options for all dietary requirements including options for vegan and gluten-free diets, as well as those with nut allergies. We'll always double check to make sure we are aware of any dietary requirements, but please do let us know if there are any particular factors we should know about.
